Souqlink Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver exclusively within the State of Qatar. Our services cover all residential and business addresses within the following regions:

  • Doha

  • Outside Doha: Including Mesaieed, Dukhan, Umm Bab, Al Shahaniya, Zekreet, Al Khor, Al Ruwais, and Al Shamal.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Doha City: QR 10

  • Outside Doha Districts: QR 20

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Orders placed during public holidays may experience slight delays.

  • Same Day Delivery: Orders placed before 6:00 PM (Saturday – Thursday) will be delivered on the same day.

  • Next Day Delivery: Orders placed after 6:00 PM or on Fridays will be delivered the following business day.

4. Delivery Process

Once your order is confirmed, our delivery team will contact you using the phone number provided at checkout to coordinate delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order to avoid delays.

6. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the package may be returned to Souqlink. In such cases, additional re-delivery charges may apply.
