Souqlink Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Window In accordance with Qatar Consumer Protection Law, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return if the item is defective, damaged, or does not match the description. For "change of mind" returns, we accept requests within 7 business days of delivery.

2. Condition of Product To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging with all accessories.

  • All price tags, labels, and hygiene seals (if applicable) must be intact.

  • Souqlink reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving a refund or replacement.

3. Return Shipping Charges

  • Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Items: Souqlink will cover 100% of the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.

  • Change of Mind: If the product is in perfect condition but you no longer want it, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

4. Refund Method

  • Card Payments: Refunds for orders paid via Tap Payments (Visa/Mastercard/Apple Pay) will be processed back to the original payment method.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds for COD orders will be issued via cash at the time of pickup/drop-off or via bank transfer to a Qatar-based bank account.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective.

5. Processing Time

  • Return Pickup/Drop: Once your request is approved, we will arrange pickup within 3-7 business days.

  • Refund Processing: After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be initiated. Please allow 7-14 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank statement (depending on your bank).

6. Reporting Issues
Customers must report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence.

7. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Used or damaged items caused by customer
  • Opened electronics (if applicable)
  • Hygiene-sensitive products
  • Final sale items

8. Fraud & Abuse Protection
Souqlink reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or excessive return behavior.

9. Delivery Confirmation
All orders are delivered with confirmation (OTP/signature). Once marked as delivered, Souqlink is not responsible for claims of non-receipt.

10. Chargeback Policy
Customers are encouraged to contact Souqlink before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restrictions.

11. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping costs.

12. Refund Rejection
Souqlink reserves the right to reject refund requests if the returned product does not meet the conditions mentioned in this policy.
