A full-size keyboard can take up valuable desk space, especially when you need room for wide mouse movements. The SteelSeries Apex 9 TKL uses a compact tenkeyless design while focusing on fast optical performance for gaming.
The Apex 9 TKL uses SteelSeries OptiPoint optical switches, which detect keystrokes using light. The switches provide 33% faster actuation, zero debounce and a 0.2ms response time compared with the leading optical keyboard referenced by SteelSeries.
The keyboard offers two adjustable actuation points: 1mm for a faster, lighter press and 1.5mm for a more deliberate keystroke. The switches are also swappable, allowing compatible OptiPoint switches to be replaced or upgraded.
Per-key RGB lighting can be customized through SteelSeries GG. The keyboard also features durable double-shot PBT keycaps and a Series 5000 aluminum top plate for a solid, rigid construction.
The Apex 9 TKL is designed for gamers who want fast key response and a compact keyboard layout. Its TKL design provides additional desk space for mouse movement, making it particularly suitable for competitive and FPS gaming.
For Qatar gamers looking for a compact optical gaming keyboard, the Apex 9 TKL combines fast actuation, adjustable actuation points, swappable switches and customizable RGB lighting in a durable TKL design.
